Technical Support

Technical support for this application is available directly from F.A.C.T.S. You are allowed two free calls for technical support within the first 30 days of receiving your Remote Reporter software.

After 30 days, or two calls for support, you will be billed at the rate of $1.00 per minute for technical support, unless you discover an actual "bug" or defect in the software, in which case the call is free. F.A.C.T.S. and/or Midwest Software Development Corporation alone shall determine what is and what is not a "bug" or defect in the software.
