Selecting Reports - General - Divisional Freight Dollars Summary displays the selection screen for the Divisional Freight Dollars Summary report:

This is a unique report in that the data for the report can be browsed on screen prior to printing.

This report is a cross-tab report, meaning it prints similar to a spreadsheet. Along the left side of the report (the "rows") are listed the Carriers. Across the top (the "columns") are listed the various Departments your company uses. In the intersection of a Carrier and a Department is placed the total Freight Charges for the date range selected for printing.

Down the right edge is the total for each Carrier, and at the bottom of the report appears the total of each Department.

This version of the report will only list up to 13 columns, or Departments.
