As Remote Reporter is enhanced, or reports are updated, updates will be made available for download from the F.A.C.T.S. website at www.factsfreight.com/factsasp/ReporterPatches.htm

There is no charge for updates posted to the website.

Corrections to the software to fix "bugs" or defects are always provided free of charge.
