Packing

To access the Pack & Reindex form, choose Reindex / Pack Tables… from the File menu in Remote Reporter, as shown in the following illustration.

This menu option opens the following form.

Note: You will access this form twice, once to Pack, and again to Reindex.

Note at the top of the form the two radio buttons, one labeled Reindex and the other labeled Pack.

When the form opens, Reindex is selected - you can tell because the circle is filled.

However, you will want to change the selection to Pack for the first operation, and leave it at Reindex for the second operation.

Now press the Ok button to start the Pack process, and you receive the following:
