Clicking the Movement tab displays the "meat" of the freight bill, as shown here:

This page shows a wealth of information about this bill, from the date of the bill (Pro Date) to the date paid (Paid) to the F.A.C.T.S. operator that actually entered it (User ID).

Most of the fields on this page have "tool tips" associated with them - simply hover your mouse pointer over a field for a few seconds to see the tool tip, as shown here:
