Data Supplement as an E-Mail Attachment:

If you received your Data Supplement via E-Mail as a file attachment, you must save the .mcf file to your hard disk before you can import the data into Remote Reporter.

Since various E-Mail programs have different ways of saving a file attachment to disk, it would be difficult if not impossible for us to document this process. Speak to your company MIS department for assistance if necessary.
