Accessorial

Clicking the Accessorial tab displays the accessorial charges of a freight bill. Each freight bill may or may not have any accessorial charges associated with it.

Freight bill 7066801 has several (four to be exact) accessorial charges:

If you haven't noticed yet, there is a toolbar right below the menu bar:

Look Up Bills Toolbar

This toolbar contains 6 buttons, with the following functions, from left to right:

List

First record

Prior record

Next record

Last record

Close (form)

You will notice if you change back to either the Distribution or Movement pages, the only buttons that will function are the List and Close buttons. But on the Accessorial page, the Next and Last buttons also function. This is your sole indicator when viewing a freight bill as to how many records are available.

Clicking the List tool when the Accessorial page is displayed will show us all the associated Accessorial charges for this freight bill:
