On this page, you will find any updates and patches available for the Remote Reporter© application.

Note that downloads on this page require you to already have the Remote Reporter© application installed.  If you do not have the Remote Reporter© application installed, install it first by clicking here.

Before installing any patches or updates, ALWAYS make a complete backup of your Remote Reporter© application!

Remote Reporter 2.2.11 Update (1.26 MB - posted 02/24/2008) (version 2.2.11)

This update is for version 2.2.9 and higher of Remote Reporter ONLY

Before installing this patch, ensure Remote Reporter is already at version 2.2.09.
If necessary, download and install Remote Reporter 2.2.9 Update from this page BEFORE installing the 2.2.10 patch.

This patch is a cumulative patch and includes the 2.2.10 patch.

This update corrects issues with the General Reports Screen:

• Divisional Freight Dollars Summary By Carrier report has been reworked to allow ANY and ALL of the selection criteria available for other reports. Prior to this this report would only recognize selections in a select few of the fields. Additionally the report now honors the Inbound/Outbound selection correctly.

To install, simply exit Remote Reporter, download and UNZIP the patch file into the \FACTS folder (where your install currently resides), and restart Remote Reporter.

Remote Reporter 2.2.10 Update (1.20 MB - posted 02/08/2008) (version 2.2.10)

This update is for version 2.2.9 and higher of Remote Reporter ONLY

Before installing this patch, ensure Remote Reporter is already at version 2.2.09.
If necessary, download and install Remote Reporter 2.2.9 Update from this page BEFORE installing the 2.2.10 patch.

This update corrects issues with the General Reports Screen:

• All fields on the General Reports Screen convert text input to UPPERCASE. During report generation the case of the inputs are ignored. This means that if you are running a report looking for "Ship To Name" of "ACME CORPORATION" the report will include "ACME CORPORATION", "acme Corporation", and "ACME corporation".
• When Exporting reports, the exported report will automatically open in it's associated application. This means exporting to PDF format will open the report in Adobe Reader(c), XLS and CSV format will open in Microsoft(r)(c) Excel(r)(c), TXT will open in Notepad, and DOC will open in Microsoft(r)(c) Word(r)(c).

To install, simply exit Remote Reporter, download and UNZIP the patch file into the \FACTS folder (where your install currently resides), and restart Remote Reporter.

Remote Reporter 2.2.9 Update (1.20 MB - posted 02/08/2008) (version 2.2.09)

This update is for version 2.2.1 and higher of Remote Reporter ONLY

This patch is a cumulative patch and includes the 2.2.4, 2.2.5, 2.2.6, 2.2.7 and 2.2.8 patches.

This update corrects issues with one report:

• Divisional Freight Dollar Summary by Carrier- Correct problem with supporting the Inbound/Outbound flag when running this report.

To install, simply exit Remote Reporter, download and UNZIP the patch file into the \FACTS folder (where your install currently resides), and restart Remote Reporter. 

Remote Reporter 2.2.8 Update (67 KB - posted 10/17/2007) (version 2.2.08)

This update is for version 2.2.1 and higher of Remote Reporter ONLY

This patch is a cumulative patch and includes the 2.2.4, 2.2.5, 2.2.6 and 2.2.7 patches.

This update corrects issues with two reports:

• Freight Charges Information - Corrects missing Page Header information and corrects a totaling problem.
• Carrier FSC w/Accy - Minor formatting changes to improve readability.

To install, simply exit Remote Reporter, download and UNZIP the patch file into the \FACTS folder (where your install currently resides), and restart Remote Reporter. 

Remote Reporter 2.2.7 Update (47 KB - posted 08/30/2007) (version 2.2.07)

This update is for version 2.2.1 and higher of Remote Reporter ONLY

This patch is a cumulative patch and includes the 2.2.4, 2.2.5 and 2.2.6 patches.

This update adds two new reports to the General Reports screen:

• Freight Dollars Annual - Compares multiple years freight Dollars for a selection of Movement Types
• Inbound Outbound Comparison-Weekly - Shows every weeks Freight Dollars for a selection of Movement Types

To install, simply exit Remote Reporter, download and UNZIP the patch file into the \FACTS folder (where your install currently resides), and restart Remote Reporter. 

Remote Reporter 2.2.6 Update (1.13 MB - posted 11/07/2006) (version 2.2.06)

This update is for version 2.2.1 and higher of Remote Reporter ONLY

This patch is a cumulative patch and includes the 2.2.4 and 2.2.5 patches.

This update corrects an error that can occur in certain stiuations with network mapped drives that can cause certain reports to not work correctly and throw an ODBC error when attempting to Preview, Print or Export reports.

To install, simply exit Remote Reporter, download and UNZIP the patch file into the \FACTS folder (where your install currently resides), and restart Remote Reporter. 

Remote Reporter 2.2.5 Update (1.16 MB - posted 08/09/2006) (version 2.2.05)

This update is for version 2.2.1 and higher of Remote Reporter ONLY

This patch is a cumulative patch and includes the 2.2.4 patch.

This update corrects an error that occurs when attempting to run a report while choosing multiple departments. Without this patch, the report will include ALL departments when choosing multiple departments.

To install, simply exit Remote Reporter, download and UNZIP the patch file into the \FACTS folder (where your install currently resides), and restart Remote Reporter. 

Remote Reporter 2.2.4 Update (1.13 MB - posted 02/15/2006) (version 2.2.04)

This update is for version 2.2.1 and higher of Remote Reporter ONLY

This patch is a cumulative patch and includes the 2.2.3 patch.

This update corrects an error that occurs when attempting to run one of the In/Out Carrier Tonnage reports.

Also this update adds Comma-Separated Values (CSV) export capability for all reports. CSV files may be opened by Excel as well as many other applications.

To install, simply exit Remote Reporter, download and UNZIP the patch file into the \FACTS folder (where your install currently resides), and restart Remote Reporter. 

Remote Reporter 2.2.3 Update (1.16 MB - posted 01/23/2006) (version 2.2.03)

This update is for version 2.2.1 and higher of Remote Reporter ONLY

This patch is a cumulative patch and includes the 2.2.2 patch.

This update corrects an issue that may occur on some systems when importing large Data Supplement files. All users of Remote Reporter 2.2.1 or 2.2.2 are strongly encouraged to download and install this patch.

To install, simply exit Remote Reporter, download and unzip the patch file into the \FACTS folder (where your install currently resides), and restart Remote Reporter. 

Remote Reporter 2.2.2 Update (1.13 MB - posted 01/19/2006) (version 2.2.02)

This update is for version 2.2.1 of Remote Reporter ONLY

This update corrects the Data Supplement Edition Numbering error that prevented the importing of Data Supplement files.

To install, simply exit Remote Reporter, download and unzip the patch file into the \FACTS folder (where your install currently resides), and restart Remote Reporter. 

Remote Reporter 2.2.1 Update (1.45 MB - posted 11/01/2005) (version 2.2.01)

This update is a cumulative update and will update any version of Remote Reporter 2.1 to version 2.2.1

Highlights of this update include the following:New Reports: Carrier FSC and Mode Code FSC reports which show how much is spent on Fuel either by Carrier or by type of Movement.Shipment Ledger With Miles report shows miles associated with individual Pro #s. More Advanced Report Criteria Selection:Now when running the majority of reports found on the General Reports screen, you may select multiple Customers, Carriers, Departments, Accounts, Projects, and/or Movement Types when running a report. The selections you make on any of these fields are saved for the next run of the report.The fields that support selecting multiple items are designated by a multi-select button beside each field that looks like this: When selections are made using this new mechanism, a red exclamation mark (!) appears beside the field to remind you of the selection.

IMPORTANT!!! As this update performs several modifications to your existing database, it is imperative you have a good backup of your Remote Reporter data prior to installing this update.
