What Do I Request?

You have two choices for Data Supplements:  Update or All.

You would choose Update if you want to obtain the latest information F.A.C.T.S. has about your shipping history.  You would choose All if you have installed a fresh copy of Remote Reporter© and need to load all of the shipping history information F.A.C.T.S. currently has on your company.

What Will I Get?

When you registered Remote Reporter© with F.A.C.T.S., you were asked a series of questions that was used to build a profile in our system that governs what data is included in your Data Supplement, and how often you are scheduled to receive Data Supplements.

What If I Want to Change My Update Frequency?

If you wish to change the frequency that you receive Data Supplements from F.A.C.T.S., simply call our offices at (815) 394-1141 and we will make the necessary changes in your profile.
