Our Mission

F.A.C.T.S. is dedicated to providing companies with professional transportation management services. We strive to keep ahead of the trends in supply chain solutions, constantly evolving to meet and exceed the demands of our customers. We work with all segments of the shipping community from the smallest to Fortune 500 companies.

All of F.A.C.T.S. customers receive the same high quality of service. We are extremely proud to still service customers that started out with us over 17 years ago.

F.A.C.T.S. is unique in that we never receive any renumeration from the carrier, and never will. Our mission is to serve the customer, not the service provider.
